June Main Meeting

Chris Walsh, one of the Co-founders of the Kindling Trust, will be discussing the food and farming sector's impact on the environment and the many ways we can support wildlife, contribute to a fairer world and address climate change through our food choices.

From farmers to workers to consumers we can all play a role in creating an environmentally friendly food system and he tell us about the contribution the Trust is making towards increasing the supply of local, sustainably produced food through their veg box scheme, community food hub in Stockport and now their recently purchased farm.
